Beta status & known limitations

1. What “beta” means here

The service is run by an independent project on modest infrastructure. It is free, there is no uptime guarantee (see Terms), and short maintenance windows can happen without notice. Data is backed up daily during the beta, but please keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.

2. Where it works best

Claude on the web (claude.ai), including Cowork — the recommended path. Building, opening and operating apps all work here; this is where we test first.

Claude Desktop and Claude Code (chat)— these hosts currently have an upstream bug that can leave an app stuck on “Loading component…” in the chat surface. The fix has to come from the host; it is reported. If you hit this, open the same app on claude.ai web — same account, same data.

ChatGPT / Codex — connecting, browsing and updating items from an app works. Adding new items by clicking inside an app is currently blocked by the host’s sandbox policy (also reported upstream); asking the AI to add the item in chat works fine.

3. Signing in and sessions

Access tokens are short-lived by design. Your AI client renews them automatically in the background; occasionally — after long inactivity, or if something is revoked — it will ask you to sign in again. That re-prompt is normal and your data is unaffected.

4. Your data and deleting it

You or your AI can delete any single app at any time, from chat or from the app list. To close your account entirely, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with — we delete your apps, files and account records, as described in Privacy. During the beta this is a manual step on our side; expect it to be done within a few days, confirmed by reply.
