How to get help
Write to [email protected]. We aim to reply within a few days. This is a very small team, so please be patient.
What to include
- The email address of your account — the one you sign in with, so we can find your apps.
- What you asked your AI — the message you sent, and what happened instead of what you expected. A screenshot helps.
- Which AI you were using — Claude, ChatGPT or another host, and whether it was the web, desktop or mobile app.
Before you write
- Docs — building and changing apps, your data, undo, the App Store.
- Status — what works in each AI host today, and known limitations.
- Privacy — data requests, account deletion and security reports.
- Terms — the terms for using the service.
